"Dips" are number 3 in our series on "Best home strengthening exercises".
They are excellent for strengthening the triceps and shoulder stabilisers.
They can be performed on the edge of a chair, bench or table.

General dosage would be 3 sets of 8-10 reps. Once this becomes easy, try to straighten the legs, and then progress by elevating legs on a chair or bench.
