4 Point Kneeling

4 Point Kneeling is the second exercise in our series on "Best home strengthening exercises". These are all exercises that are simple to do at home and do not require equipment.

This short video will show you correct technique to improve your core stability.

Exercises don't need to be complicated to improve general body strength. A good starting point is 2-3 sets of 10-20 repetitions (lifting arm or leg).
